My service tech was David Ramos. He was competent, professional and responsive. He explained all repairs and took charge of driving the process. You are fortunate to have associates of this caliber. Regarding the facilities, they were clean and accommodating which made it comfortable to wait and complete other tasks. I would definitely recommend your service center to others.
