Excellent service

My experience was great from start to finish. My advisor was polite, knowledgeable, and although it was VERY busy he gave my husband and I all the time and attention we needed to make sure we knew what was recommended for my car and how much it would cost. The text feature is fantastic as we were able to leave the building and be notified of any additional recommendations and accept or decline them on the phone. My service advisors and mechanics got my car in and out and were very respectful of my time.

Service was good as always but had a new issue when I left dealership having to take back for another three hours. Time is the biggest issue anytime even with scheduled appointments
