Overall a good experience. Kevin was polite and professional. TIRE ISSUE: We bought 4 new tires from Nalley Toyota back in april of 2017 and there are only 23,000 miles on the tires. I was told that we will need new tires. It is my wife's car and she is a VERY careful driver. These Goodyear tires cost a lot of money (we are retired) and we are not happy with the performance. I will comp shop Costco for tires in the near future, but i would like an explanation on the poor wear of these tires please. (We have owned Toyota cars since 1979). Cheers, Robert

Service was excellant,i was there for just an oil change but sure would have loved a car wash.last time I was in rich asked if I wanted one but I had just washed it and declined.this time I wasnt asked by a differant writer and of course my car was a mess from the bad weather we have had.just think it is a very nice added touch to service even an oil change.
