Everything was great, as always! I was greeted promptly when I arrived, directed to David Ramos' office; he checked me in and is always friendly and polite. I waited while service was performed. I love the app so I can follow the progress of the inspection/service. Inspection revealed 2 things which needed attention and I gave my consent using the app.I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I bought my car and have it serviced here and will keep coming back. Thank you!

I have been a Toyota buyer for many years and have serviced my Toyotas at 4 "Atlanta" dealerships..None have been better than Nalley Toyota of Roswell and especially Francine Potts. During my recent service I had a family issue and needed my service completed quickly. Not only did Francine get me excellent service FAST she also asked how the family member was doing and showed friendly empathy which you would not receive at any other dealership.Nalley and Francine are the best!!!

Overall experience was great! I arrived at the dealership at 9:15AM and was on the road by 10:30AM. The car is great and is as expected. The only issue is that one or more of the tires is out of balance at highway speeds. Not sure if you even check for this on used vehicles.
