Jonathan was polite, responsive, and thorough! TERRIFIC service representative!!

We needed a relacement car for the one that was totaled at Christmas and needed it quickly as my husband is making daily trips to Atlanta for radiation and chemotheray. They worked with us on financing and down payment so we could walk out the door in the new used car we got. And it was just what we were looking for. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant and obviously very knowledgable about what they do.

I love David Ramos and appreciate his work ethic. However now, it’s been 3, maybe 4 times I have asked for the windshield wiper fluid (for the back windshield) to be filled and it never happens. Thanks only find out when I’ve actually left the dealership. I guess because it’s not a billable request it never gets done. I’ll go ahead and do it myself. Otherwise I appreciate the service at Nalley.
