Service performed on our 2004 Toyota Highlander was very good. Our service rep., Jimmy Snyder was very good. We consistently use him and are very confident of his knowledge. However, on our way home, the Check Engine Light came on, along with the TRAC, etc. lights. Our HUM service through Verizon sent us an email CORRECTLY identifying the problem - an O2 sensor. Part was ordered by Jimmy and scheduled for installation on Friday, 1/31. Obviously there are things not checked during maintenance which you may consider.

Great folks. Great , polite service. One comment. They sell cars with nitrogen in the tires, but apparently don't offer filling with nitrogen after the sale, etc.

Ava Salali was pleasant and cordial during my visit. A car was tested and a model and price agreed upon. The car is on order so final transaction is pending.
