The service technician described the work that would be performed during the 75000 service. Much of it was examining specific parts for wear. It was established that work was needed on the brakes and I authorised that to be performed. All work was performed correctly and in a timely manner. The technician was courteous and he explained tp me why certain tasks needed to be performed. I was very satsfied with the entire experience.
