I brought my Toyota Corolla in for an air bag recall. Unfortunately, when your staff ran my car through the car wash one of my hubcaps was damaged and broken. It was unable be placed back on the car. Staff member Richard Osborne was very helpful in dealing with situation. He explained what happened and offered to replace the hubcap free of charge. I was very frustrated at first but also very appreciative of Richard's help.
