Kristopher Dean was informative about the product and provided good customer service. However, we didn't understand the need when he offered us paperwork to sign allowing Nalley of Roswell to have Power Of Attorney when purchasing the vehicle. Not happy with process.

Everything was great

I visited this service centre for 10K mandatory service. I am happy with all the service they rendered apart from cleaning the vehicle. Even the first service is also same, they are not cleaning the vehicles inside or outside. This time I have requested to clean the vehicle they said it will come with a cost to clean/water wash the vehicle. This is a basic thing still they are charging.
