Of all my visits here, this was the first one I would rate as five stars. I do not take reviews lightly and always provide honest feedback. There is a difference between acceptable/expected and “exceeded expectations.” This visit exceeded expectations. Kevin not only covered the basics of customer service, but went above and beyond. He should be leading staff trainings as he has the skill set, knowledge and talent that would lead others in ascending to his level.
