The service advisor I had actually listened to me, looked at my vehicle’s records, talked to the service manager & had my brakes replaced not rotored (under warranty, but still done). I appreciate his initiative after being told previously that having multiple brake issues with less than 30k miles & less than 3 years old is all my fault.
