Been going ti Nalley for 12 years and would not go anyplace else

Overall really smooth and easy, my only complaint was that after my car had been “washed” I came out to find black stuff sprayed on one side of my car and had to say something. I just think it should have been looked over before I got out there since my car is white and there was a bunch of black on it.

Oil change prices are very high compared to competition

My scheduled service appointment went well. My service advisor, Caitlyn, was very friendly and professional. Did not have to wait too long for my car to be ready. Got a cup of coffee while waiting which was nice. Caitlyn explained everything that was done with my car and I was off. Great service appointment.
