We were very pleased with our salesperson, Murad. He was polite, friendly and came across as being honest. He provided prompt and clear communications, quickly responded to phone calls, and made our overall buying experience very pleasant. He has also been very good at responding to phone call and questions we have had since our purchase. The pricing of the car was fair given the current inventor issues with the Highlander Hybrid, and I appreciated the Costco discount I received. The discount and the way Murad came across in our initial phone calls were the main reasons I went with Nalley.

Lovely lady met me at the front door and spoke w/ me for several minutes until my salesperson was available. The only downside was the high pressure buy this extra that kept me at the dealership for almost an hour longer than I needed to be there.
