I went into the dealership with low tire pressure and you quickly determined there were two nails in the tire. 3.5 hours later I drove off with 4 new tires and paid $1300. You did great but the wait was excessive (granted, I was a walk in). My only reason I did not rate you perfect is the issue on tire selection. I was told there was only one (your advisor was told there was only one choice). However, I checked your web site and indeed there were more options which I showed your advisor. Your advisor made it right by adjusting the price to the lower price option.
