My wife and I were remarking last night that of all the cars I have purchased over 52 years, that the process with Stacey and Don and the finance person was exceptional. It's interesting how other dealerships operate. Without giving any names, there was another dealership that tried to hide the dealer added options, and when I insisted on seeing the entire list of expenses, showed that there were over $3,000 of additional items that I did not feel added any value. When I pointed out that I did not want them, I was told that no one else had ever complained about them. And would not remove them. At another dealership, when I asked the sales rep if some features were part of the car, he said..."I'm sure they must be". Stacey and Don are both professionals and know your product, answered all our questions, worked hard to get the cost in line with the best quotes I had received and as a result, earned our business. In the past, I had learned to get into "battle mode" when going to a dealership to buy a car, but my experience with Nalley was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. There was no high pressure, no hiding facts or playing games and no "I'll have to speak to my manager" at every little negotiation. What they both said is what they did. Thank you. Stan and Rose

Good communication

My service writer was extremely helpful and informative. The work performed was done in a timely manner and was clean and professional. Also the technician that did my work, i think his name was Brett, was knowledgeable and no doubt should be running the place. His professionalism was exemplary and he deserves the highest of praise for this. He deserves a day dedicated to his honor. And more PTO. And maybe a raise. I hope this review get to his boss so he can be rewarded with a parade and such.
