I was taken in a very business-like manner. We had a pleasant waiting area to be in. As soon as my vehicle was ready my service rep came over to advise me that my car was ready. I was very pleased with my service visit.

Just had an oil change and felt very well taken care of. Appreciated the coupon, the short wait, but favorite part was that there was no pressure by the service rep for any further service at this visit.

Had to replace A/C, but then ran into several other issues. Caitlyn McGill was fantastic in explaining them to me and then handling them for repair. All the while, she gave me a loaner to drive so I had no incovenviance. Dave Smith
