Toyota informed us about the second key program. We reached out to Nalley Toyota and they took care of us.

I think the shop was busy and the app was not aligned with the status of the car so when I saw the car back in the lot, I went to my service manager to close out. Not sure how long it was there but the app did not help me complete my visit faster because it wasn’t updated.

I made an appt for an oil change. It was extremely business because of holidays travelers and I was quoted a 3 hr wait time. The service was quick, just around 2 hrs and professional including a car wash.
