My Service Consultant Richard Osborne was and is always is terrific. Professional, informative and in my best interest. He deserves a 5+. The only reason this is a 4 is my 1 1/2 hour service became almost 4 hours. I will return for next service due as having Toyota parts and techs used on my car gives me confidence and security.

Kyle provided us exceptional service. He was very polite and knowledgeable about what my car needed when I came in. He also recommended things that I need to do in the near future. I also loved how fast and efficient the service was. I will definitely be back.
