It was unclear what services were being performed. I was told that I was not due for an oil change (until 10K miles) but I have an oil change sticker on my windshield and says my oil was changed. The service was free, so I’m not out any money, but it is still confusing.

My service consultant, Jimmy, has always listened carefully to my concerns and advised me accordingly.
