My experience has always been good. My favorite person left, Derrick Howard. Now I need to find a new person who is just as good as he was. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. He would always look for discounts and never pushed for “other” services. He was the best!

David Ramos, provided information that allowed me to make a good decision on the maintenance of my truck. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and professional.

I just recently move to the Roswell. This is my second time I have my truck serviced at Nalley Toyota. And I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the customer service here. David Ramos took care of my truck. He went above and beyond my expectations. He did an excellent job! Great customer service.

Everything was fine but I had to go back the next day due to a knocking sound. It happens. I didn't really feel like my sales associate was watching out for me, or was keeping me updated, but maybe she was busy.

Grant Todey was excellent as always. The only complaint I had this time was that the windshield wiper fluid was not checked during the multi point inspection. I had already left and was several miles toward home when the windshield wiper low warning light came on and I had to turn around and go back.

Service was done professionally.

Kyle seemed new but was very helpful.
