I am always disappointed regarding the ridiculous fees for environmental disposal of minimal parts or materials. It is clearly a source of profit. Just build it into the cost of the items in question. I deal with medical waste. We do not charge a separate fee. It is built into each item that has a disposal issue with it.

Our last trip to Nalley Toyota of Roswell was, as always, great! We have bought 7 Toyota's all from another dealer. However, the service at Nalley beats the other dealer hands down! Also, Caitlyn makes our visits great more than anything!
