Great welcome and commutation from our consultant David Ramos. We scheduled 60k service online - however our paperwork didn’t seem to specify this service. Hope that was what we received ??? Quick service.... maybe too quick once we left we discovered our tire valve caps were left off. thanks for taking time to get feedback.

JV was very helpful and professional. He and his manager fixed 2 issues for us: the passenger window was sticking and the right headlight lens needed to be cleaned. Ryan in finance also was very helpful getting us 4 years on the service contract. Highly recommend Nalley! Their service department is also excellent and why I went to buy a car there.

You guys were extremely busy so it took a little longer than they said. I had to get AAA to jump me so when I got there they had to leave my car running and was there longer than anticipated!

Good service. Service advisor was very busy so waited for check in but she was very efficient. Your push for tire sales was not overbearing. I like having the vehicle report sent while I am waiting.

Caitlin was very communicative. Kept me in the loop and worked to get me out of there quickly while making sure the work was done correctly. I also think it’s great to employ folks from the Tommy Nobis center. It’s very refreshing and inspiring.

Grant Todey was my service consultant. He was very polite and kept me informed about my car.

David was very nice and made sure I didn’t have to wait long.
