Service tech was professional. Did not oversell and understood the car was old. We only wanted to get a few more years out of it. It is 20 years ild and still runs great with almost 300,000 miles. True value and why I buy Toyotas wxclusively. No better bang for the buck. During the repair the tech accidentally damaged an old hose. Fixed that, advised us of the issue and dis not charge is for the mishap. Honesty. Novel. Why don’t OTHER repair facilities get this? Be in it for the long haul. In mu case, we have 5 toyota products. Guess where Inservice them all?
