Was told back 2 tires needed to be replaced with only 23000 miles on them. Francine was suppose to get back with me to tell me much credit I will get for new tires since warranty on tires was 70000 miles.

It has been a good experience. The advisor Jalin helped me with addressing my concern on the brake fix that I had by the shop. He exercised his sound and professional judgement in agreeing to fix the brake issue completely after the two previous attempts, one initial new brake pad and second trying to fix the issue of the loose brake installation.
