I received different information from a different dealer then I went to Nalley and did not know which was true and I went to the Toyota website and found out that Nalley was truthful. Brice was my Salesman and when I asked him a question he did not know the answer he said to wait a minute and he would find out. He did. The second day I had the car I thought something was wrong. I called Brice. He told me to come over and go to the service drive and he would meet me there. He did and he had a tech waiting for me. The tech told me it could be one or two things. He immediately took it for a drive and then took it so the computer could analyze the car. He came back and explained how the car works and what was going on. I really felt like I was getting white glove service. I have been very impressed with Brice Springer and Mr. Rios.

I had a very good experience, Kyle was very efficient and kept me up to date on the progress of the service. Also, he provided me with a loaner vehicle to get back home, which really made a difference in my schedule.
