Issues dealt with and taken care of in a timely fashion.David Ramos is a fantastic service person Hats off to him.Also when there was a major backup at the appointment line to check in, Mr. Thomsen whose first name I believe was Matt, stepped in and checked people in (my appointment was with David Ramos which he knew when helping me) Hats off to him, as well.
