Good on time service.only hiccup was not recognizing coolant flush had already been done.

It was fine. No problems, no stress.

Richard gave phenomenal service for me on my visit to Nalley Toyota he was very attentive and knew what needed to be done. He ensured that all my needs were met and even offered to have my car wash I never knew or was asked to do that before. To top it off he wasn't just satisfied with just mediocre work he wanted perfection, my car didn't seem clean enough when it returned from the first wash so he requested to have it washed again. Thank you Richard Great Job keep it up stay positive

Very satisfied 10/10
