Great service as usual. Completed to perfection in a timely manner. They sent a Lyft driver to my house to pick me up so I would not have to wait. My only complaint was her car smelled like an ashtray

The service was exceptional! I was out within an hour, and they even cleaned my car. The most outstanding part was the fine customer service provided by Rich Kinsey. He was professional yet friendly and truly cared about the service he provided. Rich even went the extra mile by helping me coordinate my iPhone with the Highlander system so that I can now receive texts in my car. To this point no one else could do this, and I have asked three other reps over the past year. Kudos to Rich!
