I generally do not leave feedback and like this place. The ability to text for updates to needed service and approval is really nice. Two things were a bit bothersome on this visit. I had wanted a rough estimate on the time when I chatted for the appointment. I guess it does not matter much as I would either wait or take the shuttle, but I just wanted to know beforehand what to expect and was unable to get a time estimate before dropping off the car. More bothersome was the Fox "News" in the coffee area. i highly recommend Kyle Jones as a service person. He welcomed me and made me feel like i was important. He made one suggestion about my tires during the initial conversation and i said yes. I could feel the difference in driving the car home that it was driving better. i would like to seem him again when i come in for an oil change (whenever that is). I have also had great experiences with the other guys and gals i have worked with. This is our second Toyota from Nally, and i congratuate the entire service staff.
