Richard took great care of me and kept me updated about my car the entire time! He also went as far as explaining what all my car needed, including drawings so I would better understand what was going on. I truly appreciate everything but they need to fix there car wash as it scraped the whole side of my car. I will definitely be back and look forward to working with Richard Kinsey again!
