Reid was very professional and friendly, and the service was relatively quick for being a Saturday. My only complaint is that I wish my car had been washed as it has in the past.

I am so impressed by your team! When I learned I had to get my fleet car serviced at the dealer, I was concerned that it would take a lot of time out of my already very hectic day. When I called to make an appointment, they got me in within the hour! Matt was a pleasure to work with and quickly got me added to your system, processed and out the door all in less than an hour! He assured me it would be quick but I was skeptical. He was right! An added bonus was the coffee bar (a really nice touch since I hadn't had my coffee yet) and the car wash........by the time I left I asked Matt if it was possible to get ALL of my service done at Toyota! Very nice job providing exceptional customer service which is exceedingly rare to find these days in any industry!
