Great experience with this visit, nice advisor!

It was a good experience and I will come back for the next service at Nalley. While my car was being serviced, I went off for lunch (at Mazzy's.) I did receive a text when the car was ready. When I returned at 1:30 my service person was at lunch. She returned at 2pm. If the text listed her lunch time, I could have either gotten back before she left for lunch, or after she returned. As it was, I sat for 30 minutes waiting for her to return.

The service attendant was very professional and answered any questions that I had. He was very attentive to our needs.

Efficient, friendly and courteous

Able to make same day appointment. Service adviser went over everything that was going to be done. And then before I could finish two calls and the coffee I got in the waiting area it was done!

Overall very pleasant experience. Brought in for oil change, discovered a few items that needed to be repaired and took care of those. Asked if they could find a squeaking noise coming from back that had been going on for over a year and no one could find it. They were able to find it a fix it as it was just the spare tire was loose. Thank you!!!
