Our service advisor, Rich Kinsey, went above and beyond to help us with our RAV4. We purchased our car through Caravana and brought our RAV4 in to have the tires checked. He checked the tires and all four needed to be replaced. He worked directly with Silver Rock, Carvana's warranty company. He provided them with the necessary information and all 4 tires were covered under our warranty, as well as the alignment and the cabin air filter which had been installed incorrectly by the prior auto shop. This matter was addressed professionally and efficiently. Rich took care of it all and everything was resolved and completed in a very timely manner. We will continue to bring our Toyota in for service at Nalley Toyota because of the great experience we had with Rich Kinsey. The next time we are in the market for a car Toyota will be on the top of our list. This was by far the best experience I have had at any car service department.
