I stopped coming there, because I waited 3 hours for oil changing and now I decided to go back and see what's happening. Also they gave me 50% off for oil change and waited 1 hour with an appointment which still high, but way much better than before .I hope they can go better and better.I might coming back.

Derrick Howard has been my personal service manager and he, by far, is the most personable and reliable service manager I have ever had the experience to work with in my entire driving lifetime. Nalley Toyota is also the best dealership organization I have ever been associated with in the last 45 years. They are extremely organized, very customer focused, very efficient in their communication and reporting and very fast in their service turnaround time. I will keep buying Toyota automobiles so I can keep working with Nalley Toyota. I am a very satisfied customer. I will miss Derrick Howard. I hate to see him move away. He has been nothing but spectacular in his service to my automotive needs and is a great representative to Nalley Toyota.
