Nalley Toyota took care of my maintenance needs for my truck. I had an issue with a gas level reading part, I am not sure what it was called. Basically, I did not know how much gas I had in my gas tank. After troubleshooting , the techs found and burnt up chip. They had to special order it and it should arrive the next day. So my service advisor, Reid Downing, told me what was going on and what needed to be replaced. He helped me with getting a loaner vehicle for the day so I won't feel stranded without transportation. Reid helped me with getting the price of the work down a bit. It was still an expensive job but he tried to keep my costs down. High five to that dude.
