My first sales rep was completely unproffesional, talking of how he got too drunk to remember the previous day to my wife while I was in restroom. I requested new sales rep and was given over to an outstanding sales rep and the rest of the process was great.

Organized & fast; however, the cabin & engine air filters were recently replaced yet the service report suggested that they be replaced. I don't believe the filters were even inspected!
