The experience was Great for my first visit. The wait time was a bit longer than I was told but I understand because I did not have an appointment. However the team took great care of me. The team that greeted me when I arrived was AWESOME. They were smiling and very friendly. And at the end of my service they were still smiling and professional. I felt like a valued client. The only recommendation that I have is in regards to the service I received at the cafe. The young man was not friendly or courteous when I asked him about the type of beverage he had available, he make me feel like I was bothering him and interrupting his task that he was doing. But all in all I will make another appointment today to follow up with my A/C .
