Really great establishment, with quick and efficient service. Everyone knew what they were doing and made me feel like I was a part of the repair by explaining everything they were doing.

I had the 10k service performed as well as change of oil (with two other requests). Service was 5 star service except for the following. I asked that the driver side floor mat be reviewed, and let me know if it could be replaced under warranty. It has two small holes where my shoe heel of my right foot rests. With only 10k of mileage, this is the worst floor mat experience I have had on any car. Toyota used to be better on floor mats. I was told that they have heard this complaint many times and that I should consider buying the rubber mats. While I am fine with doing this, I would like the service director to contact Toyota and request to replace this mat under warranty. If Nalley Toyota of Roswell can do this as warranty item, I will come in and purchase the rubber mats (front, rear and trunk) and put the carpet ones away until I trade in the car. The 2nd item was that my microphone at the rear view mirror stopped working. The tech reset the media unit and it began working (although I am told by my wife that the volume is lower than it used to be). I'm okay with this but it was a surprise when I got in the car that everything was back to factory settings except for the Tech's paired phone number and about 5 test calls. No big deal but I would think that I should have been told that in advance. I would appreciate if the service manager/director could contact me on floor mat issue. Thank you, John Broyles
