The reason I am rating excellent, because the result of my visit was perfect due to the service I received from Jalin. The advisor I was assigned was not there when I arrived, even though, I received notification that Justin was my advisor, the person asked who my advisor was, and took me to his office. After waiting at least 10 minutes, no one came, but someone asked me if I had been helped and told me that Justin was off that day. He took me to Jalin who immediately took care of my service, and was totally accommodating . Thank goodness for a great employee. Give that man a raise!
