Nicole was easy to work with

David Ramos was my service adviser. He was able to accommodate my request for a loaner vehicle when the part needed for my car was not going to be delivered until later in the day. He stayed in contact to let me know what was going on with my car. I really appreciated his respect for my time and schedule as I didn't have time that day to wait for the part to come in. He didn't have to get me a loaner...my car was driveable. But he did anyway. This was the 2nd time David was my adviser and he's taken great care of me both times. Thanks, David!
