Even though the call center scheduled my appointment incorrectly, the service department still took my vehicle, and performed the needed service, which also included a recall, and some additional items that were uncovered on the inspection. I waited on the vehicle and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Very happy with the purchase of my RAV4. I needed the convenience of a utility vehicle, in addition to something that looks nice and is comfortable. My RAV4 gave me all that.
