Derrick provided great customer service. I also had a technician help me with the cabin filter cover that had been left out. He gave me some great recommendations on keeping the filter clean which made up for any disappointment due to the cover having been left out.

Mr.Kevin Smith and his team did an amazing job helping me get a new car even though i wanted a truck i was still very impressed. He made it happen when nobody wanted to do the foot work. customer service was outstanding. He tells great story's lol. Im so happy im still smiling. Thank you thank you

Grant ALWAYS goes above and beyond. He’s friendly, yet professional. He keeps me aware of what’s going on with my car while it is being serviced and answers all my (what can be viewed as ridiculous) questions, sincerely. I don’t know much about cars and I know I could probably have the wool pulled over my eyes but, I’m confident that won’t happen at Nalley.
