Service was done as scheduled. Service rep was courteous and informative. Waiting area was comfortable and convenient to service rep.

The car had a oil change service and preformed a software update recall in about 2 hours and was returned washed, vacuumed in a much better condition from when I brought it in. There are several nice waiting rooms available with complementary drinks and snacks.

Scheduled service was completed within a reasonable time frame. I like the update-via-text service, with notifications about additional work that needs to be completed during future service visits. The service coordinator (Derrick) was very polite and professional, and there was no pressure to add on unnecessary services. He answered my questions with enough detail to understand my vehicle's needs, while staying neutral enough to let me make my own decisions. The service team also provided a complimentary car wash and vacuumed my floor boards.
