I had a truly exceptional service experience with Nalley Toyota this past week, as I have usually had over the past 15+ years having my vehicles serviced at this dealership. I recommend Nalley Toyota of Roswell because they go above and beyond the typical dealship/ service experience. Yes, sometimes you have to wait longer than you may want to wait while they work on your car but that is to be expected and it isn’t intentional. They have a high volume service department that stays busy all week long.

Hector did a great job with my vehicle! With my vehicle being a Ford, it is out of the norm to service, but inspection, recommendations and repair were done so timely. Great experience beginning to end.

Comfortable waiting room

My experience is always pleasant. The only criticism I have is that I am always told my wait will be about an hour and a half with a scheduled appointment. In reality my usual wait time is 3 hours or longer.

Mr Ramos was professional, greeted this customer with a handshake, clarified what I needed to have done. Steep pricing though.

Every thing was good, continue good customer service.
