My service person was very friendly but the wait was terrible. An hour and a half for a standard oil change (with me having an appointment) when I can go to my oil change place down the road and be done in about 25 minutes.

Excellent experience from start to finish. David took my call in the evening even though he wasn't my regular service person. He was very professional when he greeted me and in the morning Caitlyn took over and was great as always.
