Everything was good.

Tire rotation and balance was done as planned. I had asked for some information regarding my odometer and it was happily provided. All in all, a good experience.

Great service. Repairs were completed on time and everyone was very helpful!

Service was good and employees were friendly and courteous. You ned to improve on wait time for people with appointments. 2 hours for oil change & tire rotation with an appointment is too long.

Sales team did a great job making me feel as comfortable as possible. Lance was knowledgeable and took every care when dealing with me. Mr. Wong and Mr. Van Horn took care of all my financial needs and were both very accommodating. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend all of my friends who ask to go to Nalley Toyota for all their car needs.
