Derek always is amazing

David in the service dept was very professional. He kept me informed and was nice to work with. When I purchased my car I was not pleased with how the sales person did not finish the delivery to me. He had someone else bring the keys while he sat down talking to what appeared to be another associate. My ‘certified’ vehicle was not clean by any means. There was food in numerous places on the ceiling of the vehicle that I had to clean myself. When I originally asked the sales person about getting the stains out of the back of the seats and trunk he said they took care of it and it looks like they took a wire brush real quick and was poorly done. That vehicle was not conditioned to look certified. Very dissapointed.

My sales rep, Hannah was the best from start to present. I had issues with the purchased vehicle, Hannah stepped in and made sure the issues were addressed and fixed.
