Although my service person wasn't particularly friendly, the work was done in the time expected and my car was returned to me wonderfully clean. I would have appreciated being told when I should bring my car back again and for what servicing.

Grant provided excellent customer service when I brought in my 2017 RAV4 for 20K check up. Very cordial, contacted me several times either in person or via texting on status of the vehicle and with additional recommended service items. Overall I was pleased with the “ World Class “ experience with Grant and Nally Toyota in Roswell. Cudos for a great team effort !!!!

I walked in without an appointment.I was attended to right away in the most pleasant, professional and courteous manner. I dreaded how long I would have to wait.However, I was pleasantly surprised. It was not long and the waiting area was comfy. I left there relaxed.
