Worked with Service Advisor Grant Todey and assisted by Service Advisor Hector Hernandez in finding and fixing the “lean warning” as indicated. While not an inexpensive repair, it was completed quickly and they both made the experience as painless as it could of be. I appreciated the concern and willingness to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.

I honestly avoid the dealership like the plague, yet after my recent car service experience I will reconsider going other places for my automotive needs. Derrick was my consultant, and he was very straight forward in recommending the services that my car needed, and did not become “pushy” when I declined his recommendation. I have never rode in a Lyft prior to my recent visit, and it was nice to wait at home while my car was being serviced instead of the dealership. I’ll recommend others to come to this dealership after this experience.

Very good from beginning to end

Opted for the shuttle service this time (last time I was here I had to wait 4 hours for an oil change) and it made a huge difference! I was able to get to work easily and on time, as well as pick up my car easily. Will be taking advantage of the shuttle service from now on!
