Seamless integration of computers and service. Even setting up a time for service was easy. I had a named employee to interact with. Nice coffee bar while I waited. Completed service quicker than expected. Can’t do any better than than.

Overall the sales process went well. Information regarding pricing and packages for the car were discussed in detail. Never felt like I had to fish for the reasons I was being charged for things. Only complaint was that I was occasionally left to sit around for a bit without any knowledge of when I would be seen by the next associate. During these times I was offered refreshments by associates not involved in my purchase, which was appreciated

Caitlyn McGill is an amazing service advisor. She is the reason I continue to bring my car to Nalley Toyota. Always takes great care of me and my vehicles. She is honest with me about the needs of my vehicle and the time it will take to get service done. Words do not do her justice, she is great at her job.
